This program was designed for rangemasters by rangemasters who have dealt with tracking firearms-related records in their career.

You just need access to the internet. The program is cloud-based and runs off a AWS server with redundant back-ups. No need to worry about lost records from a computer crash.

Each section of the system can provide an AI-generated summary on demand. And, the RTS Assistant (chatbot) can be used to retrieve information and provide guidance when needed.

Annual subscription price is based on the agency's number of armed personnel. There is also a 10% discount for 3-year subscriptions.

Change field names and enter values to match what is used in your agency. It will look and feel like the program was developed by your agency.

The only personal information about employees entered in the program is their first & last name and their employee ID or badge number. No other sensative information is required.

Users can search records using a variety of data points such as personnel name or ID number, firearms info, qualification date or status, training date or course title, and more.

Users can print and download reports from various search results to update management. In addition, users can also print and download conversations with the RTS Assistant.

Every entry, edit, and removal of information is tracked in chronological order showing the user, date & time stamp, and what action occured. Logs are easy to access and view by auditors for transparency.
