Audit / Logs Section

The RTS Logs section maintains a chronological activity log showing entries, edits, and removals made throughout the system, helping authorized administrators review user activity and prepare firearms-related records for internal or external audits. Log entries cannot be modified or deleted. All searches can be printed for reporting purposes. An AI-generated summary of this section is available.

All new record entries, all current record edits, and all record archives. The user name & ID and the date & time of the transaction are also recorded.

Recorded transactions can be searched by date, employee ID, or firearm serial number.

Recorded transations show user name & ID, which section, which page, what actions were taken, and the date & time stamp.
