RTS AI Assistant

The RTS AI Assistant helps authorized users retrieve information from their agency’s RTS records, request summaries, ask system-use questions, and review information without leaving the current page. 

The RTS AI Assistant can retrieve any information within the RTS platform. It can also provide step-by-step guidance for finding, entering, and editing information and records.

The RTS AI Assistant operates exclusively within the RTS platform. It cannot access information from the internet or other outside sources.

The RTS AI Assistant will open as a sidebar feature. The sidebar will remain open as you continue to navigate the RTS platform. The chat can be minimized to view data on the current page, printed for record, and closed when no longer needed. Once the chat is closed, the conversation is deleted - it is not recorded or archived.
